About the Position The Data Entry Specialist role is a key part of our Talent Data Operations & Insights team, focusing on strategic partnership and customer-driven products. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in cultivating an insights-driven Talent organization, enabling strategic talent choices, and driving better talent and business outcomes by making informed decisions with confidence. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain accurate and efficient data entry processes, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and readily available for stakeholders to make informed decisions. Provide high-quality data entry support to the Talent Data Operations & Insights team, focusing on strategic partnership and customer-driven products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data entry needs, ensuring that all data is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards. Utilize data models and analytics to identify trends and insights, providing recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Talent Partners and Delivery leaders, to ensure that data entry needs are met and that data is being used effectively to drive business outcomes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and analytics, applying this knowledge to continuously improve processes and drive innovation. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field. Strong area knowledge in business operations and understanding of the internal data ecosystem. Experience in developing and executing talent strategy, analysis, and insights plans. Proven track record in delivering complex analysis and insights supporting strategic initiatives. Ability to develop scalable and repeatable suites of tools that meet business needs. Strong relationship-building and communication skills with enterprises and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in using governance efforts, including business process enhancements and managing accountability. Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with data mining and machine learning algorithms, such as Python or R. Certification in data analysis or a related field, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP). Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate complex data insights effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
