Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support Specialist to join our team at Blithequark. As a critical member of our customer service team, you will serve as a liaison between our clients and our organization, providing essential services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Client Needs Assessment : Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Complaint Resolution : Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution, ensuring that clients feel heard and valued. Record Keeping : Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Communication Procedures : Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring that all interactions with clients are professional and consistent. Client Engagement : Take the extra mile to engage clients, providing exceptional service and support that exceeds their expectations. Essential Qualifications Proven Customer Support Experience : A track record of customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and concerns. Quota Achievement : A history of over-achieving quota, showcasing a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Phone Contact Handling Skills : Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, enabling effective communication with clients. CRM Systems Familiarity : Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems. Customer Orientation : A customer-centric approach, with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters, ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service. Excellent Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Multi-Tasking and Time Management : Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. High School Diploma : A high school diploma, providing a foundation for further education and training. Preferred Qualifications Additional Customer Service Experience : Additional experience in customer service or a related field, providing further expertise and insight.
