About the Role As a Remote Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our Customer Experience team, handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from patients, families, and healthcare providers. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or college degree. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and meeting productivity standards. Availability to work weekends and flexible hours, including evenings and holidays. Reliable high-speed internet connection, distraction-free work environment, and ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy.
