Job Summary: Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative We are seeking caring and talented Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representatives to join our team and make a lasting impact. As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing empathetic support to patients and their families as they navigate complex medical bills. You will be responsible for explaining medical bills, answering questions, and resolving account balances in a professional and compassionate manner. Key Responsibilities: Utilize exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills to help patients and their families understand confusing and often unexpected medical bills. Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with patients over the phone to develop affordable payment plans and process payments. Leverage your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document all calls and follow-ups in our software systems throughout each day. Support your fellow team members with consistent attendance, excellent work ethic, and a caring team focus. Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through supportive coaching, feedback from your manager and team leads, and ongoing training.
