As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' members or customers, answering inbound phone calls, and resolving a range of inquiries and issues. If you're passionate about delivering compassionate care and have a strong background in customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Performing PCP Change/Provider Lookup * Looking up Medical Benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization pre-requisites, and coverage * Reviewing Ancillary Benefits, such as Dental, Vision, Over the Counter, etc. * Processing claims inquiries, including situations where members may receive a bill for a service (e.g., MRI procedure) * Answering enrollment/disenrollment inquiries * Addressing Grievances/Complaints * Processing billing, including making payments, transaction history, premium inquiries, etc. * Managing LEP (Limited English Proficiency) inquiries and disputes * Assisting with material requests, such as ID cards, Large/Braille print materials, and Catalogs * Providing self-help options, such as member portal access * Offering local locations for pharmacies, OTC, and Specialist services **Experience Required for Your Success** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least a High School diploma or equivalent * A minimum of 18 months of Call center experience * A Healthcare background is a plus * A minimum of 2 years of Computer Experience in a work environment * The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong written and oral communication skills * The ability to display empathy and care when interacting with clients and their members * A dedicated area to work from in your home * Internet speed requirements of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wireless access/WIFI is not permitted) **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong empathy and care when interacting with clients and their members * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills and careers.
