Navigate call center technology proficiently, including phone systems and internet applications. Maintain excellence by meeting departmental metrics for customer service and quality assurance. Safeguard sensitive information by following established protocols for confidentiality and professionalism. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Healthcare-related certification. Strong communication abilities – active listening, verbal, and written. Exceptional customer service skills. Proficient in computer use and internet navigation. Capability to multitask effectively and manage high call volumes. Dependable internet connection with capability to connect via Ethernet. Ability to remain seated for extended periods. Capacity to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish. Prior Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
