About the Role: Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in addressing the concerns of our clients' customers, providing support and resolving issues in a fast-paced insurance-based program. This program is specifically designed to serve the needs of an elderly and disabled community, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on people's lives.
