Your day-to-day activities will include: Connecting with Customers : Interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns De-escalating Issues : Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalating Interactions : Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolution Responding to Requests : Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Tracking Call Information : Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing Feedback : Providing feedback on call issues to improve our services and processes Upselling : Upselling if required to meet customer needs and drive business growth Qualifications and Requirements To succeed as a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will need: 6 Months of Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or related field Age and Education : Be over 18 years of age and have a high school graduate or GED Typing Skills : Ability to type 25 words per minute Computer Skills : Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to navigate Windows operating systems Problem-Solving Skills : Logical problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Remote Work Requirements : Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment with a reliable internet connection Work from Home Requirements To ensure seamless remote work, you will need: Internet Connection : A minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeding 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeding 3.0 Mbps ISP Requirements : An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms Proof of Internet Speed : Proof of internet speed may be required Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and thrive in their careers.
