Job Summary As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with individuals and families across the nation using our advanced auto-dialing system to provide them with peace of mind through the sale of eFinancial's innovative life insurance products. You'll be part of a high-earning team that delivers a seamless purchasing experience and makes a meaningful impact on people's lives. Key Responsibilities Utilize our advanced auto-dialing system to connect with individuals and families across the nation Provide exceptional customer experiences through the sale of eFinancial's innovative life insurance products Deliver a seamless purchasing experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust Meet and exceed sales targets, driven by a pay-for-performance environment Collaborate with team members to share best practices, coaching, and feedback for continuous improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies to optimize performance Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A strong sales background, preferably in the life insurance industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences A tech-savvy mindset, comfortable working with technology and adapting to new systems A self-starting and motivated individual, driven by personal and professional development A collaborative team player, with a willingness to coach and be coached Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Prior experience in a remote sales environment A life insurance license (we provide training and support for licensure) A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What We Offer At eFinancial LLC, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and career growth.
