Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oklahoma. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customer's insurance policies. Your primary function will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, resolving issues, and modifying policies as needed. While waiting for your license to be processed, you will focus on handling billing calls, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Process calls regarding customer's insurance policies, including questions about policy coverage, billing, and modifications Utilize system tools to search for answers and information, navigating complex systems with ease Demonstrate active listening skills, empathy, and critical thinking to resolve complex situations with limited information Work independently or as part of a team, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred candidates will have 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience, although this is not required. You must also have open availability during hours of operation and be willing to work weekends as needed.
