Key Responsibilities Monitor and Moderate Online Forum Discussions : Review new posts and comments, ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines, take appropriate action when necessary, and maintain a positive and productive community. Respond to Customer Inquiries : Provide accurate and helpful information, communicate clearly and effectively in writing, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Deliver Excellent Customer Service : Be friendly, helpful, and patient, even in challenging situations, and ensure that all users have a positive experience on the platform. Escalate Complex Issues : Identify instances requiring escalation, collaborate with senior moderators or management, and contribute to finding mutually beneficial solutions.
