As a key member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for our online visitors, providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform. **Job Overview** We're looking for a skilled Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing accurate information about our services and programs, assisting clients with questions, concerns, and issues, and documenting and escalating issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
