Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers via live chat on our company's websites and social media platforms, providing answers to queries, sharing sales links, and offering exclusive discounts. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries. Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and improve overall customer experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company policies to ensure seamless delivery of customer service. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline. Proficiency in using social media and website chat functionalities on a device (phone, tablet, or laptop). Stable internet connection and reliable device for work purposes. Commitment to a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Fluency in multiple languages (English and Spanish, for example).
