Key Responsibilities As a Remote Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our website and social media accounts in a timely and professional manner Addressing support questions from existing customers and sales questions from potential new customers Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring that their inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively Working independently to resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively support our customers and promote our services Collaborating with other teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into our products and services Continuously improving your knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Contract Length and Compensation This is a remote, flexible role with no fixed term, offering a competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour. You will have the opportunity to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the potential for more hours as needed.
