Key Responsibilities As a Live Chat Support Specialist at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner. Addressing customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues efficiently. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs to ensure complete satisfaction and loyalty. Providing sales links, offering discounts, and promoting our clients' products or services as needed. Utilizing our chat platforms and tools to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Live Chat Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will need: A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop). A strong ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support. A strong ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to our quality and service standards. Availability for at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed. A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
