Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional live chat support to our customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer live chats in a timely and professional manner, addressing website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns.
