Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Working directly with arenaflex members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing exceptional support and building sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication Applying problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations, ensuring empathetic resolution and keeping records of all interactions and changes Collaborating with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for all members, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to compliance and communication standards Providing accurate information and support to members, utilizing available resources and navigating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies Building trust and creating positive experiences for our members, while promoting arenaflex products and services Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position, with a high value placed on customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience preferred Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, as well as knowledge of various insurance products Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework preferred High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred Must possess internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload and be able to support a VPN Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance standards Proficiency in multiple software applications and systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and internal teams What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a dynamic and supportive work environment, excellent benefits, and competitive compensation.
