As a Trip Assignment Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services, working closely with dispatchers, Care Partners, and members to coordinate trips and provide exceptional customer service. Job Overview The Remote Night Shift Customer Service and Trip Assignment Specialist will work evening shifts, Monday through Friday, from 11:30pm to 8am PT, remotely from the comfort of their own home. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation. As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will be responsible for assigning trips to dispatchers and Care Partners, building daily schedules, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our services. Key Responsibilities Assign trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system, with a nightly volume of approximately 700-900 trips Build dispatchers' daily schedules, taking into account breaks and lunches to ensure seamless service delivery Determine which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member, ensuring effective communication and cultural sensitivity Stack trips to contracted Care Partners, optimizing route efficiency and reducing wait times Answer inbound calls from members during evening hours, providing prompt and courteous customer service and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner Coordinate evening trips as they come in, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services Assist with Care Partner-related administrative tasks, such as payment processing, to ensure accurate and timely compensation Assist with Level 1 administrative tickets in Zendesk, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of transportation management. Healthcare experience is preferred, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success. You will need to be consistently reliable, able to work evening shifts, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
