Service Inquiries : Provide detailed information about our digital marketing services, including SEO, web design, social media management, and more. Lead Qualification : Engage with website visitors to gather information, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up consultations with the sales team. Follow-Up : Track client conversations and follow up on any pending questions or unresolved issues to ensure client satisfaction. Data Entry : Log all interactions and client details into the CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions. Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, customer service, and technical teams to relay customer feedback, concerns, or requests for information. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Prior experience in online chat support or customer service is preferred, but not essential. Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with using chat software and CRM tools (training provided).
