Job Summary As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at Blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with website navigation, service inquiries, and general concerns. You'll utilize your exceptional communication skills, technical knowledge, and customer service expertise to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Respond to incoming live chats from clients regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general concerns in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Issue Escalation: Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Relationship Building: Establish relationships with new clients to better understand their needs and provide personalized support. Customer Support: Address client questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately. Product and Service Promotion: Promote interest in Blithequark's products and services to clients, enhancing their overall experience. Performance Standards: Consistently achieve established performance standards for the position, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Professional Image: Portray and project a positive and professional image of Blithequark in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed, contributing to a seamless and efficient operation. Flexibility: Assist with overflow work and other duties as required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to support the team. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or call center environment. Telephone Etiquette: Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet performance standards. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different personalities, styles, and communication preferences.
