Job Description We are seeking an experienced Remote Online Chat Specialist to handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. As a skilled and knowledgeable professional, you will possess the skills to answer inbound chats, emails, and/or correspondence from customers and properly address their inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support and service, ensuring that our clients' customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
