Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Chat Specialist to handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. and preferences, providing personalized support and recommendations Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, utilizing your knowledge of our clients' products and services Promote interest in client products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing valuable insights to customers Consistently
