You'll work closely with our Online Chat Manager to elevate complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns * Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Online Chat Manager when necessary * Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs * Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately * Promote interest in client products and services * Consistently achieve established standards of the position * Continually portray and project a positive and professional image * Provide administrative support to the customer service team * May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment * Strong telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills * Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to manage multiple tasks at once * Ability to adapt to different personalities and situations * Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote or online environment * Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience with online chat platforms and software **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Proficiency in CRM tools and online chat platforms * Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
