Job Description: Remote Online Chat Specialist As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our customer service team, providing timely and effective support to our clients through live chat. Your role will be multifaceted, requiring a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal abilities. You'll work closely with our customers, understanding their needs, resolving their queries, and promoting our client's products and services. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming customer live chats, addressing website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner. Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless issue resolution. Build strong relationships with new customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized support. Provide accurate, concise, and appropriate responses to customer inquiries, requests, and problems, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Promote interest in our client's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant offerings. Consistently meet established standards of the position, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality. Project a positive and professional image, embodying blithequark's values and mission in every interaction. Offer administrative support to the customer service team, contributing to the team's overall efficiency and effectiveness. Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a similar online chat or call center environment. Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
