Our headquarters is located in a vibrant and eclectic neighborhood, but our team members work from the comfort of their own homes. **The Role** As a Remote Online Chat Specialist (Entry Level), you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through live chats on our clients' websites. You'll be responsible for providing quick and accurate assistance, resolving issues, and promoting our clients' products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills, build relationships with new customers, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns * Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate * Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs * Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately * Promote interest in client products and services * Consistently achieve established standards of the position * Continually portray and project a positive and professional image * Provide administrative support to the customer service team * May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed **Essential Qualifications** * Strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment * PC keyboarding and internet experience needed * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal * Upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor * Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role * Ability to compose professional emails is a plus * Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English * Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications) With an upbeat, positive, kind, empathetic personality **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online setting * Familiarity with online chat software and customer support platforms * Experience with social media and content creation * Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
