Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following minimum qualification requirements: 2 years of college 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience Additionally, for facilities that sell firearms, you must be willing to undergo a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and complete Firearms Authorized Training. For facilities selling ammunition with state-specific requirements, you may need a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility.
