As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for inputting customer orders into our Oracle system and other software platforms, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. Key Responsibilities Process customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments, ensuring timely and efficient order processing. Strive to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution. Receive, edit, and enter incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner, reviewing and verifying orders for accuracy and completeness. Manage orders in the business system through the entire order cycle, ensuring seamless execution and follow-through. Screen all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest level of integrity and adherence to company standards.
