Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Order and Data Entry Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for inputting customer orders into our Oracle system and other software platforms, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle, CRM, and/or ERP business systems, as well as excellent customer interaction skills. Key Responsibilities Process customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments, ensuring timely and efficient order processing. Strive to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution. Receive, edit, and enter incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner, reviewing and verifying orders for accuracy and completeness. Manage orders in the business system through the entire order cycle, ensuring seamless execution and follow-through. Screen all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest level of integrity and adherence to company standards. Gather information for measurement, analysis, and reporting, providing insights that inform business decisions and drive growth. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Customer interaction experience is preferred, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer experience, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle, with the ability to learn new software programs and systems quickly. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred. Paid training will be provided to ensure your success in this role. You must be punctual, reliable, and dependable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines. You must reside in the Colorado Springs area, with the ability to work from home in a dedicated and distraction-free environment.
