About the Role As a Remote Outbound Call Center Agent, you'll be the face of our clients, communicating with donors and prospective donors to update them on the important work being done and securing financial gifts to support their efforts. Key Responsibilities Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner to strengthen the connection between non-profit and donor. Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients, meeting or exceeding fundraising targets. Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics, ensuring high-quality performance and results. Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and client needs. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, preferably in telephone fundraising. A dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home. Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology, with the ability to quickly learn our systems and tools. A commitment to and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit causes we represent - this is a huge advantage! Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: Previous experience working with non-profit or charitable organizations. A proven track record of success in telephone fundraising or outbound telemarketing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with donors and prospective donors. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including: A hourly rate of $15-$16 per hour for 40-hour shifts, depending on your schedule.
