Job Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Ensuring adherence to company policies, internal and external audit requirements, and local regulations and guidelines Supporting the strengthening of financial processes and controls Preparing monthly reconciliations for US GAAP and legal financial reporting Providing accounting and financial analysis to senior management and other stakeholders as necessary Identifying and analyzing material profit and loss accounts Driving continuous improvement across functional areas Participating in local, regional, and global projects as required Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes in all regions where Wayfair operates About the Ideal Candidate We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in finance and accounting.
