Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Developing and executing comprehensive delivery plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, with a focus on reporting progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Preparing project updates and presentations for leadership, facilitating content review during large stakeholder engagements, and ensuring effective communication channels are maintained. Utilizing effective change management techniques to minimize resistance, maximize adoption, and generate support for new processes, technologies, and strategies across the organization. Maintaining effective communication channels that allow for a supportive feedback process, ensuring that stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with project goals and objectives. Partnering with internal finance teams to establish, maintain, and report on project spend, ensuring that financial management is integrated into project planning and execution. Using data to define project baselines, measure outcomes, share insights, and prioritize delivery, with a focus on driving business value and ROI. Practicing agility by continuously evaluating delivery to maintain focus on the highest value drivers for the organization, with a commitment to lean principles and continuous improvement. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leaders, business partners, and team members across the company, with a focus on collaboration, trust, and mutual respect. Positively influencing stakeholders on the transformation strategy by managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment to the transformation goals, with a focus on effective communication, active listening, and stakeholder engagement. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training. At least 3 years of progressive broad-based information systems and business experience, with a focus on IT project management, agile methodologies, and leadership. At least 3 years of experience managing and delivering mission-critical, high-availability large and small IT development projects using structured project management and system development methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: At least 3 years of experience in Agile methods and mindset as an approach to software development, with a focus on lean principles, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity. At least 5 years of progressive broad-based information systems and business experience, with a focus on IT project management, agile methodologies, and leadership. At least 5 years of experience managing and delivering mission-critical, high-availability large and small IT development projects using structured project management and system development methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum. Airline industry experience, with a focus on IT project management, agile methodologies, and leadership. Experience determining Product Market fit and defining a Go-to-Market strategy, with a focus on customer-centricity, market analysis, and competitive intelligence. Experience leading or working within large enterprise transformation towards Agile and DevOps, with a focus on cultural transformation, process improvement, and technology enablement. Skills, Licenses, and Certifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Relevant certifications in agile field (Scrum Master and/or Product Management/Product Delivery), with a focus on agile methodologies, lean principles, and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge/expertise of the software delivery life cycle (SDLC), with a focus on IT project management, agile methodologies, and leadership. Demonstrated ability to solve, and to lead others in solving, complex analytical problems, with a focus on critical thinking, creativity, and innovation. Willingness to take calculated risks, with a focus on experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. Ability to build and facilitate relationships at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, with a focus on collaboration, trust, and mutual respect. Self-driven with a natural aptitude for engaging employees in multiple workgroups, with a focus on leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Leadership skills: team-focused with high energy and a positive attitude, with a focus on empowerment, motivation, and development. Proficiency in work management tools (AHA!, ADO/TFS), with a focus on agile project management, lean principles, and continuous improvement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and clearly communicate a strategic vision, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, presentation, and persuasion.
