As a Remote Recruiter for Customer Service, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Recruiter for Customer Service, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various customer service roles within arenaflex. Your primary objectives will be to: * Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates * Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, and networking * Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and assess their fit for the role * Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and provide recommendations to hiring managers * Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process * Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed * Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment **Key Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * **Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business field**: A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, but not required. Relevant experience and certifications can be considered in lieu of a degree. * **Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role**: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or a related field is required.
