About the Role We are seeking experienced Regional and HQ Service Delivery Managers to join our team. As a Corporate IT Service Delivery Manager, you will lead one or several teams of Corporate IT support teams focused on support-related matters. Your role will involve driving Corporate IT representation in the region, delivering Corporate IT services, being the first point of escalation in the region, spreading rules and policies to your teams and internal customers, focusing on quality, stability, and control, and participating in any initiative that involves technology in your controlled area. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Technology, Corporate IT, Procurement, Security, Global Estates, and IT Operations leads to align on and drive Corporate IT processes and objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Corporate IT Support teams in the region, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their day-to-day activities to deliver high-quality results and meet service targets. Collaborate with the Head of Corporate IT and other Technology, Corporate IT, Procurement, Security, Global Estates, and IT Operations leads to align on their roadmap and strategy. Drive the strategic implementation of Technology and Corporate initiatives, focusing on end-user services and projects, and initiatives that involve meeting delivery deadlines. Define best practices, implement standardized and automated processes and controls, and ensure effective provision of support services, and related monitoring and troubleshooting. Provide expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve services-related issues, acting as an escalation point for complex challenges and driving timely resolutions to ensure minimal impact to users. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to the services provided, evaluating and recommending the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing, promoting learning opportunities, and fostering an environment that embraces experimentation and creative problem-solving. Participate in discussions and decision-making processes regarding overall corporate IT services. Develop and grow the regional team, focusing on key talent retention, attraction, and development. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A strong background in IT service delivery management, with experience in leading teams and managing corporate IT support services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. A deep understanding of IT service management principles, including ITIL frameworks and best practices. Experience in driving strategic initiatives and implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery. A strong customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience in working with global teams and managing remote staff. Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in IT service delivery, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. Certifications in IT service management, such as ITIL Foundation or Practitioner. Experience in managing budgets and financial planning, with a strong understanding of cost management and resource allocation. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
