About the Position We are looking for highly skilled and enthusiastic individuals who can effectively advertise and sell shipping containers using our proprietary software. The ideal candidate will be adept at responding to customer inquiries via chat, following up with leads, and encouraging them to place orders. A key aspect of this role is the ability to close sales directly through chat and by sending invoices via our company system. Each lead generated will be supported by our dedicated sales managers who will conduct follow-up phone calls, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Utilize our user-friendly software to advertise and sell shipping containers to a diverse range of customers. Engage with customers through chat, addressing their queries, providing product information, and guiding them through the sales process. Follow up with leads to encourage order placement and ensure customer satisfaction. Close sales directly via chat and manage the invoicing process through our system. Collaborate with sales managers to ensure leads are effectively followed up on, maximizing sales opportunities. Qualifications and Requirements No prior sales experience is required for this role, as comprehensive daily training will be provided to ensure your success. You will be integrated into our supportive community through our Facebook Group, where mentors will be available to offer guidance and help you achieve your goals. The ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a flexible schedule, is essential. This position is classified as a 1099 role, offering the freedom to work from anywhere in the world. Essential Qualifications: No sales experience necessary; training will be provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
