About the Role: Remote Sales Representative As a Remote Sales Representative at AMS, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include: Completing inbound (IB) sales for advertised products, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Making outbound (OB) calls to previous IB buyers to identify potential OB customers, leveraging your exceptional communication skills. Generating leads for further development by Account Managers, contributing to the company's overall sales strategy. Engaging in low-dollar "one-call close" sales efforts with leads, presenting select rare and unique collectible coins. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities To excel in this role, you'll need to: Achieve IB and OB sales targets set by sales leadership, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed performance goals. Maintain confidentiality and safeguard company trade secrets, including customer lists and related records. Adhere to the current departmental contact strategy process, ensuring compliance with dialing/contact frequency and method parameters. Utilize company-provided product and selling information to present and sell assigned collectable products, showcasing your product knowledge. Accurately maintain and update customer contact information, ensuring data integrity and customer satisfaction. Record all necessary order details accurately, staying informed about current promotional offers and company policies. Adhere to FTC regulations and company policies for selling and order processing, maintaining a high level of compliance and quality. Maintain a professional and helpful attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues, embodying the company's values. Adhere to the established schedule while maintaining flexibility to meet business needs, attending required meetings and training sessions. Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities for Growth As a valued member of our Sales Team, you'll also: Support colleagues as necessary, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Maintain flexibility in your work schedule to meet business needs, demonstrating your adaptability. Operate contact software applications and phone systems efficiently and effectively, leveraging your technical skills. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be considered for this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundation for your sales career. 1-2 years of sales experience and/or Call Center experience, although not required, is highly preferred. The ability to sell products using designed products, scripts, and fact sheets, demonstrating your sales acumen. Strong listening and verbal communication skills, with excellent relationship-building skills. The ability to handle customer objections, showcasing your negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic keyboarding skills, ensuring your technical readiness. The ability to work in a fast-paced, people-intensive work environment, thriving in a dynamic setting.
