Scheduling Engineer Visits: Analyze customer needs and schedule engineer visits accordingly, prioritizing vulnerable/elderly customers and emergency appointments. Parts Ordering: Order parts for return visits when necessary, ensuring that engineers have the necessary materials to complete their work. Flexible Working: Be available to work full-time hours when needed to cover staff holidays and sickness, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team success. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders, while maintaining organized records and schedules.
