About the Role We are seeking an experienced Solar Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by generating leads, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling appointments for our Solar Consultants. Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants to conduct in-home or virtual consultations, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Accurately record lead and appointment information in our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records. Provide excellent customer service and represent our company in a professional manner, upholding our values and mission. Essential Qualifications Proven experience as a Solar Appointment Setter with a track record of success in setting qualified appointments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with potential customers. Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach. Passion for renewable energy and sustainability, with a desire to make a positive impact on the environment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting targets and achieving results.
