About the Role We are seeking an experienced Remote Spanish Bilingual Automotive Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As an Advisor, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet. Your strong desire to help customers will enable you to address customer service issues and non-routine problems regarding our client's products or services. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Spanish Bilingual Automotive Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Answering all incoming customer phone calls within quality standards Capturing prospect information, including name, address, phone, email, product of interest, source, and CRM questions Answering detailed product questions on the brand, current nameplates, and their performance capabilities Defining consumer needs by asking relevant CRM and product questions Selecting fulfillment items and completing price and equips statements for consumers Locating dealers following standard dealerization rules and categorizing callers to offer appropriate touchpoints Providing website navigation assistance to consumer-oriented brand sites and escalating outstanding issues Providing goodwill to customers on behalf of the client within client guidelines Communicating in written form (email/text chat) with consumers regarding products and programs supported Conducting CRM outbound follow-up calls to ensure receipt of fulfillment items and to answer any additional questions Inviting consumers to attend events and following critical elements of the call and file handling process Staying current with center procedures, product information, and online resource tools Appropriately managing customer complaints from initial call to resolution Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma with 6 plus months of customer service experience preferred Courteous and strong customer service orientation Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, in Spanish and English Ability to learn, including strong problem-solving skills Dependable with proficient attention to detail Able to rotate shifts, as needed A passion for helping others and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Sales or marketing background with the ability to build rapport with consumers over the phone Experience in the automotive industry Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and online resource tools Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service skills and ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to investing in our people and teams for ongoing personal and career development.
