Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner Maintain a friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers Stay up-to-date with client information, products, and services to provide accurate and informative support Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and quality standards Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Schedule and Earnings The majority of work hours for this role will be during weekdays and daytime, with the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you within client hours of operation. As a contractor, your earnings will vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.
