You will utilize cutting-edge technology, including Zoom video chats, to communicate with clients, build trust, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute account strategies to drive customer success and growth Build trust with client accounts through open, interactive, and responsive communication Schedule and attend virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms to deliver exceptional customer service Monitor, identify, and mitigate account-level risks and up-sell opportunities to ensure long-term client satisfaction Present and enroll clients in our supplemental benefits programs, opening new accounts and expanding existing relationships Prioritize and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication and support Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the lives of our clients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support Self-motivation and discipline, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting Proficiency in computer applications, including Zoom, and a willingness to learn new technologies and systems Ability to form and grow solid relationships with client accounts, delivering exceptional customer service and support Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service, with a proven track record of success Knowledge of the supplemental benefits industry, with a strong understanding of our products and services Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At our company, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
