Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Talent Solutions Agent to support strategic initiatives across our communities. As a Talent Solutions Agent, you will identify areas of opportunities and recommend actions to improve the performance of local functions, teams, and communities. You will facilitate and ensure successful operational activities through Human Resources Optimization (HRO) expertise, best practices, resources, and tools. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality services that are perceived as service-oriented, credible, outcomes-driven, innovative, user-friendly, and responsive. Key Responsibilities Support strategic initiatives across communities by identifying areas of opportunities and recommending actions to improve performance Facilitate and ensure successful operational activities through HRO expertise, best practices, resources, and tools Deliver high-quality services that are perceived as service-oriented, credible, outcomes-driven, innovative, user-friendly, and responsive Work closely with HR Strategic Business Partners, department and community leaders, shared services, and the Office of Talent Excellence team to address areas of opportunities and support goals and strategies Use data, statistics, interviews, assessments, talent, and other tools to perform thorough and effective root cause analysis Proactively identify trends and potential issues and ensure solutions are effectively vetted and integrated to help drive and implement change management Demonstrate critical thinking to assess what needs to be done, when, and how, and utilize skill set and expertise to innovate and recommend solutions that move the ministry forward and honor the mission Share best practices within and across teams and present and summarize information professionally to identify appropriate action for leadership consideration Work collaboratively with team members and all customers of talent solutions and monitor project tracking tools and document progress Demonstrate agility and flexibility as needed and balance workload effectively to honor deadlines and commitments Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 3 years of generalist HR leadership experience, demonstrating a high level of competency and scope of experience to include coworker relations, strategic operations, compensation, policy development, benefits, etc. A BS in HR or a business-related field Excellent written and oral communication skills The ability to work independently under minimal supervision and meet deadlines and self-prioritize Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills The ability to present in front of groups, including senior leaders Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 5+ years of generalist HR leadership experience within healthcare An MS or MA in business or a related field Experience with change management initiatives Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills The ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines A strong understanding of HR principles and practices The ability to think critically and strategically Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Mercy, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
