Job Overview: Remote Vacation Rental Manager We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Vacation Rental Manager to join Workwarp's team on a full-time basis. As a Remote Vacation Rental Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the online and phone customer service, operations, and marketing of a Short-Term Rental (Airbnb/VRBO) business located in Scottsdale, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in residential property management and hospitality while working remotely from Latin America. Key Responsibilities: • Email & Mobile Apps: Respond to prospective guest inquiries and questions using communication templates and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Inventory/Supplies Management: Track, purchase, and organize supplies for consumables (food & beverage amenities, toiletries, house supplies, towels/linens), and replace furniture and home furnishings as needed. • Organization & Communication: Document, track, and manage short/medium/long-term projects related to property management (set up, repair, maintenance, improvements). • Negotiate Pricing and Get Bookings: Send offers and negotiate bookings using various online platforms. • Expand Marketing: Post listings on other web properties and social media to increase visibility and drive bookings. • Create and Improve SOPs: Develop, refine, and train others to use Standard Operating Procedures to ensure seamless operations. • Identify Areas for Improvement: Analyze processes and implement projects to enhance efficiency and revenue growth. Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies: • Fluent English: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is a must. • Previous Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in vacation rental management or hospitality. • Cost/Benefit Analysis: A good understanding of cost/benefit analysis to make informed decisions. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, particularly with writing, spelling, and mathematical calculations. • Mobile Phone Proficiency: Comfortable working on a mobile phone, using chat apps, copy/pasting templates, and working with Google Sheets/Docs/Calendar. • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated initiative to solve problems and willingness to ask for help when needed. • Leadership Skills: Proactive, go-getter personality with leadership skills. • Reliable Internet Connection: A stable internet connection to work remotely. • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including being on-call during agreed-upon hours to respond to urgent inquiries and issues. • Excellent Organization Skills: Superior organization skills, including scheduling, documenting processes, and coordinating projects. • Eagerness to Learn: Flexible and eager to learn new skills and adapt to changing circumstances. What We Offer: As a Remote Vacation Rental Manager at Workwarp, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $3,000 USD/month. While the job is not scheduled, we anticipate that you'll work around 5 target hours on weekdays and 3 hours on weekends, with the potential for the work week to easily fill 40 hours. You'll also have the opportunity to earn incentives for expanding the company's revenue. Flexible PTO and benefits are negotiable for the right candidate.
