Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Assist customers in navigating the blithequark website, offering guidance on product selection, order placement, and tracking. Resolve customer concerns, including order issues, product inquiries, and billing questions, with a focus on first-contact resolution. Provide accurate information about blithequark's products, services, and policies. Collaborate with fellow team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
