Job Overview As a Workday HCM Benefits and Compensation Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner, leading the implementation of expert services and technologies to solve complex business problems. Your primary focus will be on developing solutions that excel in user experience, style, performance, reliability, and scalability, ultimately reducing costs and improving profit and shareholder value for our clients. Key Responsibilities Build, automate, and release solutions based on client priorities and requirements, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client specifications. Explore and discover risks that may affect release scope, schedule, and quality, and collaborate with the team to develop potential solutions. Lead workshops for WD Core and/or Advanced Compensation or WD Benefit Workday modules, leveraging your expertise to drive decision-making and recommend best practices. Identify business requirements for compensation work streams and align them with Workday, driving towards decisions and recommending best practices in all phases of the project. Advise clients on industry standards for compensation process areas, providing suggestions and driving decision-making to achieve client-expected business results. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least 2-3 years of implementation experience with Workday International Benefits (Latin America, Europe, Asia). Competence and relevant experience in leading workshops for WD Core and/or Advanced Compensation or WD Benefit Workday modules in at least one project. 2+ years of experience in end-to-end implementation of Core and/or Advanced Compensation modules for American, European, and/or APAC customer businesses. Workday HCM certification and certification in Core and/or Advanced Compensation or Workday Benefit are preferred. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Use of consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement functionality into the client's business environment. Experience working with clients and data migration teams to convert legacy compensation data into Workday. Support for project teams in delivering client business requirements through all phases of implementation.
