Initiate steps to address customer concerns and roadblocks, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers and win new business, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to drive sales growth. Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets. Maintain a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email, primarily outbound, to drive sales conversations and build strong relationships. Collaborate with your team and management to deliver a professional experience during all customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured, up-to-date, and accurate, supporting sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives. Undertake sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and renewing contracts, to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
