As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, providing expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping products, and ensuring seamless operations in our retail store. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver exceptional customer experiences by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions * Provide expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping products, including recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services * Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information * Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels * Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents * Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction * Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Clean, repair, and stock all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability * Stay current on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage * Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste * Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits **Essential Qualifications and Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service or a related field * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in retail customer service or a related field * Knowledge of print, signs & graphics, and shipping products and services * Ability to operate multiple tasks simultaneously * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, vendors, and team members * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues * Ability to operate multiple tasks simultaneously, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
