Your key responsibilities will include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure that customers receive the best possible service Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments in a timely and efficient manner Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes to help us improve our services Providing feedback on call issues to help us identify areas for improvement Upselling products or services when required to help customers find the best solutions for their needs Qualifications We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment and manage your time effectively 6 months of customer service experience preferred, but not essential To be over 18 years of age Ability to type 25 words per minute High school graduate or GED equivalent Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to navigate Windows operating systems Proven oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues Logical problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner Organization and work prioritization skills to manage your workload and meet deadlines Work from Home Requirements To work from home with blithequark, you will need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) that meets our technical requirements, including: Windows 10 or later operating system Wired Ethernet LAN connection for internet access Minimum of 4GB RAM Internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms Proof of internet speed required Clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
