About the Role: Chat-Based Sales Agent We're seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our remote team. As a Chat-Based Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for selling shipping containers via Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a flexible, commission-only environment where your earnings are directly tied to your performance. Key Responsibilities: Advertise and sell shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our proprietary software. Respond to customer inquiries via chat, follow up on leads, and encourage customers to place orders. Close sales directly on the chat platform by sending invoices from our system. Manage leads and assign them to our closers if phone follow-up is required. Maintain a high level of productivity and generate at least 20 daily leads on Facebook Marketplace. Essential Qualifications: Active Facebook account with a solid understanding of how to leverage the platform for lead generation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers via chat. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications. Ability to learn our proprietary software quickly and efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Previous sales experience, particularly in a commission-only environment. Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and social media advertising. Strong understanding of the shipping container industry or willingness to learn. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in using technology, including software applications and social media platforms.
