As a key member of our Investigation Group, you will be responsible for providing account-level insights to drive business growth and development. Key Responsibilities Collect data from various sources, including but not limited to, Record Managers, Salesforce, and blithequark databases. Research and verify third-party data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability. Clean and format data and convert it into a system-compatible format for analysis and reporting. Support Record Managers in meeting requests and requirements, and provide timely and effective solutions to their needs. Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage tasks and projects. Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis requests to drive business growth and development. Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support ongoing business decisions and initiatives. Develop presentations with analytical results into suitable formats for all levels of management. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a strong foundation in data analysis and interpretation. You will also need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, you will need to be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
