As a Sales and Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for engaging with families, explaining our services, and coordinating with various partners to ensure seamless operations. This role involves working in a shift-based environment (12 AM - 8 AM or 7 AM - 3 PM Manila Time), and we are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement : Answer incoming calls from leads, explain the services offered by blithequark, and assist families in choosing the appropriate service. This will involve providing clear and concise information, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring that families feel supported and informed throughout the process. Follow-Up Communication : Follow up with leads through text and email to provide additional information and support. Strong English Skills : Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to conduct phone calls in a neutral English accent.
