About the Role As a Sales Call Center Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for potential members, engaging with them through phone conversations to schedule VIP tours of our medical centers. Your primary objective will be to educate prospective members about our services, communicate our major points of difference, and inspire them to become new patients. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with operating hours from 8am to 8pm, with various shift offerings available to accommodate your needs. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from potential new members generated by local sales and marketing initiatives, TV, marketing, and events Maintain acceptable call metrics and performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency, and quality Schedule VIP tours of our medical centers and invite prospects to local community events as requested Grow and nurture potential members toward becoming new patients through exceptional customer service and sales skills Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team and drive business growth Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3 years of related phone contact work experience Strong verbal communication skills, including active listening, and the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Proficiency with computer and web-based applications, including Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage programs preferred, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes Fluent written and oral English knowledge, with bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) being a plus Preferred Qualifications and Experience While not required, the following qualifications and experience will give you a competitive edge: Successful experience in a service industry, with a focus on customer care and sales Experience working with seniors or Medicare-eligible individuals, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies Community Relations experience, with a strong network of contacts and a deep understanding of local markets and trends Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At ChenMed, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
